Description

Franck et Thierry ont créé Baya et brassent les bières qu'ils ont envie de boire. Pour élaborer ces bières, les matières premières sont sélectionnées avec soin. Le malt est de Bayeux autant que possible.

We also had the immense pleasure of welcoming Luc Carlier, brewer of "La Ruse" beer. He joined our team at the beginning of 2023 and is now an integral part of the management team at Brasserie Baya. His passion and expertise enrich our brewing adventure.
