Description
Since 2009, beer has been brewed in Montflours in Mayenne (53). First in the field of amateur brewing, then as a real economic activity with two employees. Whether in high or low fermentation, in single or multi-stage brewing, blondes, ambers or browns come out of the BAM vats. A production today of 400 hl/year between proven recipes and experiments, but always based on raw materials from organic farming. The Nature et Progrès label reinforces this commitment, also in line with the social values that the BAM intends to defend.
