Philip Raykov’s first beer project as a brewer dates back from 2016 under the name of Haters Brewing. From then on Philip has different small and big experiments in the field of craft brewing. The current experience and knowledge evolved in FIKA BREW as a next step in this journey meant to be made for wider audience. The goal is creating of a beer which excites and stands among the others. The concept for the recipes is not just a combination of malt, hops, yeast, water and additives. They are meant to serve as a statement from a brewer, who loves the process of creating something different, to all Craft Beer lovers out there.
