The brewery was born from the inception of head brewer Tom Herrick, who after several years of dreaming of brewing his own ale, decided to turn a pipe dream into a reality in 2014.
Based in a small village north of Newark, in Church laneham Nottinghamshire, the brewery produces a selection of real ales that aims to meet everybody's tastes.
