On tap. Jet black with a thin beige hue. Nose is intense pear, a touch of mint. In taste the pears come through first, then some earthy and roasted notes appear with a hint of sweetness. Long, fruity and a bit earthy finish, light body, average carbo. The base beer seems more of a milk stout to me, but it’s definitely a tasty and interesting one.

15.12.2018 Aromat owocowy i lekko słodowy. Musujące piana szybko opada słomkowy kolor klarowne. Smak kwaśne z posmakiem marakui i słodów, chmielowych posmaków brak. Lekko średnie, wytrawne, orzeźwiające, Finisz słodowy. Ogólnie dobry i stylowy aczkolwiek mało aromatyczny i mało czuć marakui.

Cloudy, amber color and a nice off-white head. Nose of overripe fruits, caramel, piney. Taste is fruity, overripe to decaying tropical fruits, decent sweet with a nice, bitter hops. Long lasting bitter finish.

Bottle number: 238 from only 378. Gold Waxed. Mocne niczym czolgi podczas II wojny swiatowej. Alez niezla jazda, zupelnie nie przypominalo mi strong lagera, ktorego tak nienawidze, zastosowane drozdze do dolnej fermentacji stworzyly w tym przypadku arcy ciekawe piwo. Jest jak rasowe odlezakowane Barley wine. Czerwona barwa lekko mglista, zero piany (w tym przypadku to mega zaleta), brokat na etykiecie w kolorze zlota, lak ktory takze sie mieni, do tego prawie dwa lata po terminie ze mozna dostac wielokrotnego orgazmu. niesamowicie zlozone, kompleksowe piwo o slodowym/slodkawym profilu, ale ta slodycz subtelna, szlachetna i odpowiednio ulozona. Poszlo po czasie w niesamowicie dobra strone. Sztuka to jedno, a smak to drugie. To piwo w obu przypadkach jest wzorowe.
