Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. 07/04/2017. A hazed pale yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is weird, waffles, yogurt funk, sweet doughy malts. Palate is crisp and tart, moderate carbonation and a woody finish. Flavour is composed of semi sweet and tart lemon, lemon glazed doughnut, pithy dry grains. A little lingering musty mouldy woody funk. Some. Apricot.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours unclear yellow with a small, creamy white head. Interesting aroma, some lemon drizzle cake, cornbread, other citrus, kiwi. Light sweet flavour with low acidity, some corn, biscuits, crackers, soft tangy lemon. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Finishes with more corn and cereal, a little pineapple, lemon. Interesting. Can’t quite decide if I like it.

Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, lightly salty, more lemon, refreshing acidity. Good stuff.

Flavour is composed of dry pithy. Lemon, tart wheat, doughy. Palate is doughy uber dry pithy, moderate carbonation. Good stuff.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. 07/04/2017. A clouded reddy copper coloured pour with a lasting. Off white head. Aroma is jammy fruits,, saison yeast, apple and dried rustic grains. Flavour is composed of rustic bready grains, straw, Rye bread, spicy saison yeast. Palate is semi sweet a bit flabby, moderate carbonation. Meh. Signs of a stressed ferment.

Keg at the Warssaw beer fest. Pours unclear orange-brown with a lasting, frothy tan cap. Prominent Belgian yeast in the nose, esters, banana chips, ripe orange. Medium sweet flavour with with more citrus, yeast, ripe banana, hay. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. OK balance in the finish, a little earthy note, toasted grains, faint toffee, banana, yeast. Interesting. Not bad.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours hazy orange-gold with a creamy, white head. Restrained aroma, some citrus peel, dry pale bread. Light to medium sweet flavour with nips of cereal, tangerine rind, biscuity pale malts, low piney bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, some grass, further citrus rind. Not bad.

Keg at the Warsaw craft beer eat. Pours clear amber with a creamy, khaki head. The nose holds bread, honey, butterscotch. Medium to big sweet flavour with oily alcohols, more butterscotch, caramel. Full bodied, chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, oily, with nips of vanilla, more bread, berries. Fun.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. 7/4/2017. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is odd, slightly meaty, apricot jam, semi sweet malts, little vanilla. Palate is crisp, mineral, highish carbonation. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, malts, flinty,, loose leaf citrus hop. Meh.
