This beer is a cloudy reddish-orange color with a minimal white head that dissipates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lace. Tart fruit, yeast and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of tart cherry, vinous oak, slightly funky yeast and doughy malt. The finish is moderately tart with a cherry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Yellow color with strong resin hop aroma. Resinous bitter hop flavor like a west coast IPA. Was expecting mild hops based on the description of “lightly hopped.”

Solid hop aroma. Tastes like a west coast IPA with bitter hops leaning toward pine resin variety.
