Draught at the brewpub
Brown color, limpid, with mahogany hue. Mild aroma of roasted malts. Also the flavor portrays roasted malts, with traces of dark chocolate and dust; dryish final with moderate bitterness.
One more delicate balanced and elegant beer from Chuckanut.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7

Draught at the brewpub, 5.5% ABV
Light amber color, hazy; creamy white head, with nice lace. Nice aroma of hops, fruity (grapefruit and other citrus) and sweat; tea. Decent malt and caramel flavor, but missing some better malt character; balanced hopping level, the hop provides only moderate qualities; there is some light sweetness that blends well together.
Pleasant, not impressive though.

Draught at the brewpub
Dark amber to brown color, with white creamy head. It has a nice aroma of roasted malt and caramel. The caramel flavor is good, with a lean and dryish body; the bitterness level is correct, quit low.
This could easily be sold in Düsseldorf too; well made.

Blond color; creamy head. The aroma is mild and simple, but not bad. The malt flavor is quite nice and crispy, it has a grainy character; the hops are mild but they provide a nice and noble grassy touch.
Very pleasant Pilsner, gentle and elegant.
