Description
We brew beer for the weeknights. Balanced, but still flavorful, that pair well with a meal. But not a Friday night.

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Thanks Nathan! Pours a clearish, glowing gold with 2 fingers of white foam that lingers. Lovely aromas of pineapple, dried apricot, dank, hay, dried mango and citrus zest on the nose. Crisp and clean on the palate. Very refreshing with a spritzy carbonation. Lingering dried tropical fruit, bright citrus and faint hay and must. Stellar brett IPA.

Thanks for the bottle, Ian! Pours a clear, dark, ruby, brown color, with a small, beige head. The aroma is dark cherries, brown sugar, vanilla, walnuts, and pine. Sweet and sugary, with a delicate sourness. Medium body, with a dusty, spritzy, lightly acidic palate. Lots of fruit and barrel characteristics. Subtle and complex. Quite nice.

Very marketable in its haziness, with a juicy citrus punch on the front end followed by a bread-n-grass finish and a mild cereal sweetness in the fade. Drinkable, but seems closer to a session IPA than a juiced-up Oberon. (Which probably isnβt that fair of a comparison, but Iβm realizing as I drink Big Softy Iβd much rather have an Oberon.)

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a deep brown to black with a finger of beige head that lingers. Rich cacao nib with chocolate cake and vanilla icing aromas. Light coffee and more cake and icing on the palate. Lactose is held in check. Good cacao nib and coffee bitterness paired with the sweet icing notes. Maybe a touch thin in body, but a good pastry stout overall.

Can shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Thanks Joe Burger! Pours a deep purple to black with purple highlights. Young blackcurrant and mulberry aromas with some light vinegar notes. Smooth on the palate, with a berry and muscat juice note. Lingering jammy fruit and raisin with some sour red-like acidity on the finish.

012219, this beer travelled from Atlanta to seattle back to Miami, wacky. Art D. We should visit these guys. Comes off like nonhazy IPA with very nice dry hop notes, sweet and tropical notes, dank dank dank. Far from thin too
