On tap at flying saucer Houston. Pours a hazy brown with a grayish brown head that lasts throughtout the beer. Aroma has notes of dark and stone fruits with some dark grains/bread as well as spices. Flavor has a combination of dark grains and spices backed by some dark fruits.

On tap at flying saucer Houston. Pours a hazy yellow with a strong orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of wheat with some earthy and sweet fruits. Flavor begins with light earthy fruit, a good amount of kiwi, and is joined by sweet wheat. Well rounded and easy drinking.

On cask at flying saucer Houston. Pours near black with dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice sour cherry note with a bit of dark grain and a decent amount of acidity. Flavor is much more dark grain forward with some spice and clove backed by a hint of tart cherry and a dry red wine finish. Got better as it warmed.

On tat @ anvil. Pours a cloudy pale orangish gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a nice peach note that is slightly sour with backing sweet grain and a hint of funk. Flavor begins with grains and bread, slightly sweet, and is joined by tart peaches. Easy to drink.

on tap-pours a rich brown head and black color. Aroma is rich dark malt/oat-chocolate, some earthy. As it warms, coffee, wood/smoke. Taste is rich dark malt/oat-wood/smoke/earthy, secondary earthy hops bite. Full, rich body. On nitro, anise too.

on tap-pours a retaining rich off white head and amber color. Aroma is pine/citrus, some sweet light/medium malt. Taste is pine/citrus hops with some bite, secondary sweet light/medium malt-caramel. Finishes with a nice bite. Good carbonation.

750-pours a retaining light brown head and dark copper color. Aroma is rich medium malt-roasty/spice/anise. Taste is rich medium malt-toffee/roasty/anise, secondary spice hops. Full body. Good carbonation.

On tap at Flying Saucer. Pours a clear gold with a small frothy white head that leaves sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is a floral hop and wheat. Thin mouthfeel with a hoppy flavor with honey and light dry finish. A good pils from Ranger Creek.

bottle shared with Craig, pours dark caramel brown with a thin off white head. Aroma is caramel malts, candied sugar, very sweet. Flavor is candied sugar, thin stone fruit notes but overall very malt forward and one note.

On tap at Flying Saucer. Pours a clear gold with a small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is a sweet honey malt and citrus, cheese, and basement aromas. Thin mouthfeel with a crisp Peanut brittle bite. A good helles from Ranger Creek.
