ChrisOs Christmas Tasting. Clear gold - amber beer. Very frothy white head - slow gusher. Tangy light orange in the airy palate. Finishes neutral. Somewhat infected but doesn’t seem to have made a huge difference to the flavour but has altered the palate.

Bottle at Chris NY Tasting 2010. Hazy gold. Lasting white head. Spicy grapefruit aroma. The slight infection is ok and gives it some character. Decent body and good hops. Slight mustiness on the flavour
