Nice fruity double, with a smidge of alcohol warmth on the tail end. Coppery color with decent fluffy head. Aroma of citrus and pine. Taste more of the same, slightly soapy. Hoppy finish.

12 oz can, thanks Amber. Aroma is candy sweet, pine, perfume, floral, grapefruit. Pours slightly hazy golden with a huge off-white fluffy head with excellent retention; laces nicely. Taste is bittersweet with an emphasis on bitter. Body is medium to nearly thin, carbonation high. Nice enough.

12 oz can, thanks Amber. Aroma consists of dough, pine, lemon. Pours hazy orange with a small white head that falls after a minute into a ring of foam. Taste is fairly bitter backed by some sweetness, crisp and refreshing. Doesn’t taste 6%. Highly carbonated with a fairly thin body. Nicely made pale.

Hazy dull tan, lots of grapefruity hop, With a touch of style grapefruit hop. A bit chewy in the malt character. Ok IPA but arguably this lacks brightness.

Strangest (and strongest ) wheat ale I’ve had. Some fruit notes (peaches?). Weak aroma , taste has some weizen notes without the body. Slight alcohol burn and mildly sweet finish.

On tap at Saraveza for the 5th IIPA fest, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma is on the candied malty side, with sweet caramel malt, resinous hops and bubblegum. Flavour is different, on the bitter hoppier side, with piney and resinous hops, with some candied malt and bubblegum underneath. Very well-balanced, with the 11% well hidden. Good stuff.

Tap at the 2014 OBF. Pours very hazy gold with a white head. Aroma suggests coffee. Med body. Flavor is very coffee with some herb type hop. Finishes sort of citrus, but coffee, coffee, coffee. Very different - or at least surprising.
