Description
IRBC is a family business from the get-go. Master brewer Tim had been a hobby brewer for many years. Working with traditional, and non-traditional ingredients he had perfected a variety of beers and ales for a wide range of tastes.

Tim's son and IRBC Co-Owner Nate, has many childhood tales of preparing hops and other ingredients for dad's brewing.

Both Tim and Nate are career tradesmen and had a strong desire to bring this hands-on tradition to brewing. This is exemplified by them building most of their equipment from scratch as well as completely remodeling the IRBC building.

[ As Industrial Revolution Howitzer Hefeweizen ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast, earthy notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, yeasty, fruity, hefe weizen yeast - fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141227]

Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, wheat malt, hops and has a nice fruity finish.

Bottle. Creamy White good mostlly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

As "Howitzer Hefeweisen". Hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, banana, spices, wheat and clove. Flavour is malt, wheat, banana, yeast, spices, banana, medium sweet, hop and a little bitter.
