Bottle at the chriso May 2014 tasting - London. Pours lightly hazy gold with a white cream topping. The nose has dry wheat and light citrus rind. Medium sweet flavor with some leaves, dry bread, orange and yeast. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with more wheat bread and bitter leaves. Meh.

Caña en el festival se la cerveza de verano gijon 2014. bastante gas y pocos sabores en general, cuerpo medio y bastante refrescante en general. Seria necesario tomarla de nuevo y sobretodo en botella pata ver si hay alguna mejora.

AROMA: medium-low honey aroma with a floral character, low background spices (peppery), slight citrus and alcohol. APPEARANCE: light ambar color and clear. excessive light beige head with good retention. lace formation. TASTE: medium-low honey, low peppery alcohol, floral, slight caramel malt. medium bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium body with excessive carbonation. OVERALL: a nice honey ale with a lot of aroma and flavour.
