On tap @ the brewery. Deep brown appearance with a foamy brown head. The aroma is very nice- sweet cocoa, buttered toffee, mild coffee, and caramel. Medium body. Some acidity. Lightly fruity. Dessert-like coffee / toffee / hazelnut flavor. Body is maybe a touch thin. Good.

32 oz growler filled at the brewery in Breckenridge, Colorado and consumed the next day. The pour is a brown copper with a small light tan head. The aroma is big fresh coconut along with some soft sweet malt. The taste is the coconut along with some of the caramel sweet malt. Bit of toasted roast in the back. Nice balance of flavors. The palate is medium bodied, easy drinking beer. Nice one.

Unique glass shaped draft at the Brewery tasting room in Breckenridge, Colorado. The pour is a hazed copper with a lasting white head. Lace looks great on this glass shape. The aroma is floral bitter, along with a bit of garlic. The taste is caramel sweet malt mixed with the bitter floral hops. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and a bitter dry finish. Solid, easy drinking IPA.

On tap at the brewery it is a clear golden color with a foamy head. The aroma is red pepper and the taste is very spicy and it burns on the tongue. I’m not a fan of spice so this is not an unbiased rating since it names accurately what it is

On draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with a thick off white head. Chili pepper nose. Hot chili kicks in at first taste and the fire continues through the finish. As a chili head I like it, but it is definitely not for every one.
