Draft at Thr3e Wise Men. Clear pale yellow color. Nice aroma of charred lemon and straw. Taste is burning hay. Delicious. My 100th gose/grodziskie/lichtenhainer.

Draft. Wheat malt and light cherry aroma. Cloudy straw gold with a large white head. Creamy wheat malt, yeast and light cherry flavor. Medium body, moderate carbonation.

Draft. Smoky wheat malt and hay aroma. Hazy pale yellow with moderate head. Sweet smoky wheat malt flavor with light citrus notes. Light body. Excellent .

[ As Thr3e Wise Men Golden Zoe IPA ].Clear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to light heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, dried fruit, light pine - wood. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, woody, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141220]

Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and slight herbal. toasted malty and slight fruity. Dry and biter hoppy into the finish.

An almost clear one, but with some huge floaties. A small, off-white head on top. The aroma is on the piney side, with grapefruit and a rather sugary maltyness. It’s pleasantly carbonated, full-bodied and semi-soft on the palate. Pale malts in the back of the flavor, with oranges, pine cones and lots of grapefruit and bitterness. Lasting bitter finish. A bit one dimensional this one, but sure nice and tasteful anyway. 141220

Pours deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, orange and grape. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long citrus and orange finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Tap @ 96th street Indy. Very under-powered ipa. Probably a great ipa for ppl breaking from the macro beers. Not awful, just simple.

Tap @ 96th st Indy. Dark pour with decent nose. Not sure the best way to describe this other than its underwhelming for an imperial ipa. Lacks any distinguishing qualities. Still better than a light beer though
