Description
We started as a group of friends with a passion for beer styles and flavors that weren't available for purchase at the time. Believing that others would also enjoy our beers, and also believing that you had to be a little nuts to start something like this, thus our brewery was born. Planning began in 2011, construction in spring of 2012, began shipping beer in spring 2013, and then rebranded in fall of 2015. Our beers can be found at our tap room or at various bars and restaurants around north Alabama. Once you try them we think you will agree, a little crazy is a good thing!

Pours slightly hazy golden with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light caramel, yeats, spice. Flavor is malty, yeast, light caramel, herbs, grass, light spice. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation. 211214

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is phenolic and toasted dark malty. Sweet, spiced and toasted malty. Medium dry and toasted malty. Bitter and slight herbal into the finish.

Clear golden with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and odd spicy hops. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. High carbonation. 191214

Pours slightly hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast and clove. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is fizzy.

An unclear dark orange-golden beer with a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma has a touch of banana and bubblegum, with a touch of cloves. Some grassy hints. Some orangey citrus notes in the flavor, with cloves and some bubblegum. Not much bitterness going on. Medium body, quite heavy on the carbonation. Semi-dry. Lasting banana-ish finish with pale malts and grass. A rather weird one, but drinkable. 141219

Draft at the source. Opaque nlack color. Nice coffee grounds aroma. Taste has mostly coffee, some cocoa biscuit. Decent.

Draft at the source. Opaque dark brown color. Nice cocoa and coffee aroma. Taste is isimilar with some dark fruit. Tasty and easy to drink.
