Clear golden colour, no head. Aroma of apples, brett, lots of apples, very fruity. Light sweet apple flavour, light bitter apple, peach, apricot, fresh fruits, apple juice, brett. Light bitter finish, semi dry, lots of apple, farmyard, hint of ash. Nice!

Clear golden colour, no real head. Aroma of apples, barnyard, apple peel, some pear. Brett and lactobacillus. Sweet apple flavour, tart notes, apple peel, light citrus. Light astringent touch. Finish apple, funk, lingering yoghurt notes. Another great cider by this lovely farm, they continue to impress me.

Golden colour, white head, champagne like bubbles rising up. Aroma of brett, apple, very fruity. Bretty flavour, apple, barn, vacherin, carambola and wood. Finish barn, light apple, fruit and brett.
Lovely cider, even reminding of a good lambic. Great brew!
