Bottle bought from the cidery last summer
Aroma is rather leathery with ripe apples and some acidic notes. Flavour has leathery tones, floury apples and minerals. Finishes with mild gastric acid tones. Somewhat fizzy palate. Drinkable but nothing special.

Clear orange cider, aery off-white head, pretty unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very funky, slightly sweet, sour apples, farmhouse yeast. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: little sweet, lots of carbon, apples, bit funky, sourish. Aftertaste: yeast, apple skin, some calvados, funky, bit sweet, apple juice. Nice one! Very pleasant as an aperitif!

Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples. food apples, light wood, light barnyard - farmhouse. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, semi dry, appl, wood, tart apples, barnyard notes, citrus notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is fizzy.
