Bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a malty dark fruit aroma with some hints of caramel. Sweetish malty dark fruit flavor with spicy caramel hints. Has a long warming malty dark fruit finish with hints of caramel in the aftertaste.

Dark brown. Chocolate aroma with some light beans (coffee). Chocolatey, full on fudgey character. Very light coffee accents in there as well. Smooth. Pretty tasty.

(Bottle 100 cl) Courtesy of FlacoAlto. Pours slightly hazy amber golden with a rough off-white head. Sweet aroma of caramel and overripe fruit. Medium body with very sweet malts, a little wood and vanilla and again overripe fruit. Almost no bitterness but plenty of alcohol burn in the finish. 260708

Cloudy dark amber with medium off white head. Sweet vinious aroma with caramel, ripe fruits and roasted malt. Sweet flavor with with plums, prunes, caramel, roasted, bourbon malt and mild hoppy notes. Ends sweet with warming alcohol.

Bottled - tasted blind. A hazy dark amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of over ripe fruits as well as lighter notes of phenol, caramel and alcohol. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of caramel as well as lighter notes of over ripe fruits and prunes, leading to a dry ans slightly woody finish.

From bottle #5 at sk8vikings American blind tasting. Pours hazy brown with lacing white head. Dense malty and towards slight bourbon aroma. Light fruity and sweet malty flavour. Light spice note. Light acidic and bitterness flavour. Sweet and fruity finish. Holds a solid alcohol note and warmth into the finish.

Thanks to Beoir for sharing. Lots of lactose in this sweet stout. Black in color and low carbonation. Bitter chocolate, and a little smoke. Better than many of the style, the smoke is a good addition.
