Bottle, thx to Cunningham. It’s an unclear, brown beer topped by a finger-thick dark beige head. The aroma is quite weak, mostly on the malty side, with caramel, bread and roasted malts. The flavor has a light fruityness and some bitterness in addition to the bread and caramel known from the aroma. Medium body, nice carbonation level. Roasted malts and caramel in the finish. Well, not my kind of Christmas beer, but it slides down. Rating: 4-3-5-3-9-2.4. 121116
Bottle, at the brewery. A clear, amber colored beer with a dense, finger-thick head. Some yeasty hints in the aroma, with dried fruits, caramel and crystal malts. It’s full-bodied and semi-dry, with a nice carbonation level. Dried fruits, caramel and a little bitterness. Long finish. A pretty nice one, sure better now than last time I had it. 140215

Bottle, thx to Cunningham. A gusher, producing a huge, dense, off-white head leaving lacings. Pale golden body with microfloaties. Fruity nose with spruce and some maltyness. Quite weak, just like the flavor. There’s a faint acidic touch in the flavor, it’s fruity and lighlty biscuity, and some bitterness shows up towards the finish. Medium body and a pleasant carbonation level. Not completely clean it seems, but at least it tastes quite nice. 121116

330 ml bottle, courtesy of Cunningham. Slightly cloudy amber body with a nice tan head. Moderate aroma of caramel. Flavor is sweet caramel malt, fruit and low bitterness. Medium body and caramel in aftertaste. Drinkable and no faults, but very one-dimensional and rather boring.

330 ml bottle, courtesy of Cunningham. Hazy yellow gusher with a big foamy off-white head. Quite mild aroma of spices and pine, but dominated by too much yeast. Flavor is surprisingly decent, expecting worse based on aroma. Light malty, fruity and decent bitterness. Quite refreshing. Medium body and moderate aftertaste with some fruity bitterness. Not in the best condition, but definitive promising.

330ml Bottle (Thanks Cunningham) - Hazy gold/amber in colour. Yeast, honey, lemon and a hint of banana in the aroma. Fruity, malty and hoppy taste with notes of tinned peaches, maple syrup, banana and honey. Enjoyable, nicely balanced and easy to drink.

Bottled (thanks Cunningham!). Golden colour, medium white head. Aroma is fruits, cooked vegetables, some mild grainy and wooden notes. Flavour is salty, some vegetables, grains, citrus fruits (very zesty!) and mild wooden notes. Not homebrewlike but, still a bit "plain".
