BBE 06/2015 - Pours clear golden orange with a large white head. Aroma of weird earthy notes, some grassy hoppiness, herbal notes, bready maltiness and vegetables. Taste is sweet, malty and bitter with some sticky caramely notes, ripe fruits and herbal notes. Finish is sticky, malty and caramely with some sweet fruitiness and bitterness. Stuffy and a bit unbalanced.

BBE 01/2016 - Pours clear yellowish orange with a smooth white head. Aroma of malts, bready notes, some grassy hoppiness, sweet toffee and vegetables. Taste is smooth, malty and grassy hoppy with some sweet herbal fruitness, toffee and caramely notes. Finish is warming, malty and sweet with some grassy hoppiness. A bit unbalanced, and the aroma is a bit messy.

330ml Flasche. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein sehr dunkelbraunes, fast schwarzes Bier mit geringer beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch röstmalzig, schokoladig, Lactose. Geschmack röstmalzig süß, schokoladig, Kaffee, milchig. Gutes Bier!

330ml Flasche. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig fruchtig, würzig, fruchtig herb. Geschmack malzig süß, fruchtig, wenig bitter, leicht würzig, sehr angenehm zu trinken. Für ein DIPA aber zu mild.
