Lys brun klar med beige skum. Lukter kjeller, maltekstrakt og mørk sirup. Lett. Smaker lett brent karamell, maltekstrakt og noe barnål. Middels lang.

500 ml bottle, as Inderøy Dommpapp Quadrupel - Juleøl, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 10.2%. Orange to reddish brown colour, moderate head, slightly off-white. Aroma of malts, brown kandij sugar syrup, dark dried fruits. Pleasant flavour with the same elements, spicy finish.

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.7%. Reddish brown colour, large off-white head. Aroma of malts, caramel and brown bread with syrup, a hint of cloves. Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour has the same elements as the aroma, more distinct cloves now, also fairly distinct bittering hops.
