5 week old pint can A: Deep amber gold with a short fast falling head and little lace. S: Sweet grains, honeyed bread and light smoke. T: Sweet, tart and fruity with herbal and floral notes blending with faint smoke. Apple and pear linger. M: Light to medium body, low to average carbonation and a puckering finish. O: Pretty good if a bit heavy for the style. I'd like more smoke though.
