16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy pale yellow pour. Bubbly white head dissipates to a small creamy cap. Bready malt aroma hints at sweet citrus. Flavor is yeasty malt, tropical citrus and bitter lemon. Light bodied but flavorful and balanced. Plenty of hop bitterness in the long lasting finish.

Draught at Firewaters, 8/18/21.
Mildly hazy, rose-tinted-orange with a small, moderately-well-retained, white head.
Wow that's floral! Didn't realize this had orange vanilla in it when I ordered it, but here we are. Sweetness somewhat tempered by moderate citrus, though it's got almost as much orange character as hop character. Clean, for the most part, and not overdone on the vanilla-orange, though I wouldn't call it subtle either.
In the mouth, it seems more dominant. Big orange notes are somewhat sharp up front, dulling quickly without the lasting flavor of hop. Why people add orange to a citrusy IPA is beyond me. Vanilla is sort of just there, at least not overdone, I guess. Soft-ish texture, fine attenuation, though maybe sweetening as it warms with a bit of thinning in the flavor.

Not my cup of tea. Matt Moore in trouble already. Thankfully no marshmallow in this beer.

Happy tenth anniversary to Cape May Brewing! The colour leads you to believe it's a haze, but has that old school maltiness to it. Well done. 🍻to the next ten! Epic ⚡going on.
