12oz bottle. Poured into keg shaped glass. Black beer with thick brown head. Lots of fruity hops sprinkling my nose. Dry black patent, a bit sandpaper like malts after that. Flavor has more of those hops and a mix of malt and hop bitterness. It's a lean body with ample carbonation. Finishes light with bitterness that is moderate but not offputting. The sandpaper dryness in aroma seems to not be in the flavor.

Versailles Ete' Aigre, I think that roughly translates to made in summer in ver-sigh. Expensive tap at IPH, way above my paygrade. A darker brewbut not real dark. No real smell, odd. First taste is a good shot of tart without being rude. Nice, easy, fun, and somewhat yummy fer shure. Good cutting co2 as well. Pretty good stuff! Yes! Tasty somewhat perfumy nose. CAn I have another? But wait, I don't have enough cash! Heheheheh. Yes, very nice, I wish I could afford such a brew. Too bad these local dudes don't make em affordable for the local dudes.

Way too expensive at IPH robinson. Almost black. Mild smell. Taste is a little bit of a shock, but not in a tart way. Has quite an alky impact riding on the high side if this tart brew. You can tell its barrel aged, why does everything have to be BA? Quite a personality. A little but of vinegar is hiding in the back of this one. Makes me think about those old country real lambics. Could do without that barrel thing, it would be a little more civilized. That vinegar thang takes away from the overall experience.

Tap at IPH robinson, very expensive. Brownish. Tart fruity nose. Pleasant esay going flavor. Not in yer face yet provides a good tart impression. Very little beer bitterness. A tad processed on the finish. Not bad but certainly not worth what I was charged. You'd think a local beer would be a little more affordable, go figger.
