Bottle. Clear light brown. Frothy off-white head. Aroma of roasted malts, nuts, metal. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Lingering bitterness. Metallic taste in finish.

Bottle. Deep golden body. Frothy white head, diminishing. Aroma of toasted grain, mild citrus and resin. Orange, lemon. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. A bit Gumballhead like with the citrus and hops. Not as well put together as that, but the best of the Carson beers I’ve tried.

Bottle: Pours almost clear red-amber with a tight tan head. Strong berry malt aroma. Taste is sweet fruit, berry... Light and sweet with a steady floral hop bitter. Nice, easy drinker.

Draft sample @ Indy Winterfest. Banana, Belgian yeast, and clove aroma. Banana, spicy Belgian yeast, coriander, clove, and sweet sugary malt flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Bottle. Roasty/nutty and milk chocolate malt aroma. Brown with a moderate tan head. Roasty nutty malt and light ashy flavor with a light roasty bitter finish. Medium body, average carbonation.

Bottle. Sweet juicy grapefruit and light bready malt aroma. Clear brassy gold with a small white head. Tropical fruit, citrus peel hops, and sweet grainy malt flavor. Body on the light side of medium, soft carbonation.

On draft at Twenty Tap in Indianapolis. Pours a clear amber with a thick off white head. Fruity hop nose. Flavors of citrus, pine resin and some caramel. Medium bodied. Bitter finish.

Bottle. Sweet bready barley malt, piney citrus hops aroma., Slightly hazed light amber with a large off-white head. Flavor follows the nose with Sweet bready barley malt and herbal citrus peel hops. Medium body, soft carbonation.
