1000ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy and doughy, bready malty aroma. Taste is minimally sweet grainy, malty, some husk, a very cautious lemon dash. Standard German "Hausbrauerei" Helles.

Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland Saturday Session 1 - 01/03/14. Lightly hazed golden amber with a moderate off white covering that retains well. Nose is malt forward, bready, dark fruits, light toffee, bitter orange. Taste comprises bready malts, bitter orange, dark fruit pangs, hint of grapefruit, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, sweet close. Ok but lacks punch and depth for the ABV.

Bottle, 1 liter. An almost clear one, dark golden to amber in color and with a small, dense, off-white head. It’s pretty hoppy on the nose for a bock, with peaches and some citrus notes. Pretty malty too, both in aroma and flavor. There’s a tad too much bitterness I think, it doesn’t match the malt profile and dryness well. Full body, nice carbonation level, and a lasting hop dominated finish. Sure drinkable, but not very interesting. 140301

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, hops, fruits, malt and flowers. Nice and easy drinkable.
