Bottle courtesy of me! Dark clear brown color, so obviously not a pale lager. Aroma of Hershey’s syrup on brownies. Taste is burnt caramel. Mostly like a dunkel.

Bottle: Pours a clear golden, topped with a large creamy off-white head. Heavy lacing. Nose is fresh citrus hops, some malty sweetness. Citrus and tropical fruits taste, light malt presence. Really smooth and clean. Good.

8oz draft in Bozeman. Orange color with lots of lacing on the side of the glass. Mainly hoppy, citrus and green hop mix. Slightly slick feeling coming of a moderate underattenuated body, not dry.

22oz bomber pours up with a crystal clear deep gold body that supports a dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up sugary malts, some biscuit like malts, breadiness and then lagery fruity esters. The taste is fully sugary sweet malts and fully sweet lagery fruity esters lined with a mild roasted malt to biscuit malt sensation providing a slight drying sensation. The hops are noticed about midway with bits of floral and slight lime. Overall this isn’t too bad for the style that nearly always doesn’t work for me (Imperial Pils). In the end though this is still too sweet.
