Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours opaque dark brown with a thin beige head. Aromas of espresso coffee. Heavy roast. Taste doesn’t quite live up to the promise. Slightly metallic tang. Coffee coming back through on the finish.

On keg. Appearance - opaque black with a lovely fawn head. Nose - creamy milk chocolate. Taste - more creamy milk chocolate . Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - nice beer.
