Bottled. Dark amber, small beige head. Butterscotch aroma. Sweet and very buttery. Medium bodied with clean mouthfeel. Low on hops, but notes of chocolate - dominated by butterscotch. Low bitterness. Wraps my mouth in cottony butterscotch.

Bottled. Lightly hazy golden, brief head. Buttery nose. Medium sweet and lightly grassy with rather soft mouthfeel. There’s some minerals, and a weird touch of horse dung(!?) otherwise it stays fairly neutral flavourwise. Minerally finish with low bitterness.

Bottled. Lightly hazy amber, rich creamy head. Salty bacon-smokey nose. Dryish with gentle rounded cookie malt, light-medium body. Restrained hoppiness and low bitterness. An excellent rauchbier with it’s evident but not overpowering smokiness.
