Light unclear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, tart apples, light barnyard. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet apples, barnyard. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20130815]

Bag in a box at the Bristol Beer Festival, 15/3/2014. Golden with a touch of fizziness. A light, easy drinking, cider which was medium with plenty of apple fruit. Inoffensive.

From cask. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry sulphorish and zesty apples. Citric, smooth fruity and light sulphroish. Dry to medium sweet finish, lingering fruity and sulphorish.
