Growler: Poured a hazy deep brown color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of citrus and floral hops is dominant with some semi-sweet caramel malt notes. Taste is a nice combination of citrus and light resin hops notes with some caramelized malt. Body is full with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very nice ode to the joy of lupulin.

Tried on tap at the Florida Brew Fest 2011 addition. It pours copper with slight opacity and off white head. The aroma is a mix of caramel malts, apples and pears. Near the end of the draw additional notes of spicy yeast and cloves are noticed. The taste is pretty thick and sweet in body bringing in some pears, apple and banana. It then becomes a bit livelier with green apples, spicy clove like spices and sort of nearing a peppery note without actually getting there helping it dry out into the finish.
