Polycask at Hereford Beer & Cider Festival 6.07.13 This was described as medium, I had this following the Medium/Dry and it was clear that they had misslabelled these two which I pointed out to them. However back onto the rating, this poured yellowy/gold like the other Munsley cider, though it was clearly a dryer cider. I liked this, there was a distinct appley woody flavour, really fruity but obviously the sweetness had gone and so it didn’t feel as juicy though it clearly was. Both of these ciders were very good but I did just like a little sweetness in the previous one. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Polycask at Hereford Beer & Cider Festival 6.07.13 This was described as Med/dry however I am more inclined to suggest that this is more Medium. Full on fruitiness, ok so it is sweeter than expected but there is still a lively woody dryness as well, very full on in mouth more tannins here than I expected, its very good, really nice, lovin’ it. Btw it poured yellowy/gold. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Cask@GBBF2008 (Hartland’s Farmhouse Cider). Golden colour, no head. Aroma is a lot of blue cheese, rotten apples, some earth and mild wooden notes. Flavour is blue cheese, mild notes of rotten apples as well as some mild white wineish notes. Quite nicely balanced.
