APPEARANCE: light yellow body and almost opaque. medium-low white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: initial medium to medium-high clean sourness followed by medium-low peach flavor. low to faint uncooked bread background. medium-low salt character. finishes dry and slightly yeasty. MOUTHFEEL: medium-light body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an ok Gose with added peach.

Citra and mosaic combined with a blend of 4 Polish hops work well here bringing notes of peach and tangerine, grapefruit, pine and grass, lemon wash, light florals, soft semi sweet malts, light bitter edged hoppy finish. Tasty and easy drinking.
