Bottle, 5%. OK citric aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is citric, some lemon and a little brett. Seems slightly infected, but still tastes all right.

Biggish coarseish offwhite head does not last. Hazy deep yellow body with light carbonation. Fruity aroma with delicate barnyard notes and some acid and light pepper. Dry acidic taste with peppery lemony barnyard notes. A bit watery and sharpish. Very thin-bodied. Clearly infected. A pity, because the aroma had promise. Should rerate. (0.5l bottle from KnutAlbert.)

0,33lt Bottle. One of the two beers that this new microbrewery produces. All ingredients are from organic farms. Pours an amber/brown color. big foamy head. Malty aromas, fruity taste with a touch of bitterness. Not bad at all.
