On tap at Bend Brewing, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is pleasantly dank and piney in the hop department, with some citrus zest and just enough biscuity malt to back. Flavour is much the same, with loads of dank, piney hops dominating upfront, again with citrus zest and crisp biscuity malt. Dank, piney and pleasantly bitter. Very good.

On tap at Bend Brewing, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is moderately dank, with pot-like hops, pine and biscuity malt. Flavour is dank and piney, with dank hops galore, loads of pine, some resinous oils, and just enough biscuity malt to back. Some sweetness from the hop oils contributes nicely. Really well-constructed, robust west coast beauty here.

On tap at Bend Brewing, pours an amber-tinged dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out a nice interplay of roasted malt and resinous hops. Flavour has reasonable balance between roast and hops; there's earthy hops, some resins, and moderate roast. Finishes amply bitter and woody. Maybe not the most well-dialled in hops but the balance is good. Solid stuff.

On tap at Bend Brewing, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of fresh coffee upfront, with light cocoa and a hint of earthiness. Flavour reveals a wonderful roasted coffee character upfront, backed with just enough dry cocoa. Medium-bodied, with much more standard dark roast than cocoa. Excellent.

On tap at Bend Brewing, pours a clear copper amber with a medium beige head. Aroma is fairly subdued, with resinous hops, toasted bready malt and a hint of caramel. Flavour is robustly hopped, with a good amount of resinous hops, light pine, and bready caramel to back. Great blend of the “red” character with the forceful hops. Great stuff.

Fairly hazy orange and copper coloured body with a thick, five to six centiemtre tall off-white head that rises large and then fades fairly quickly, finishing at around a centimetre tall over the beer that stays firm and leaves an ugly, oily lace on the sides. Aroma of soured, tart cherries with a lot of dryness from malt, but the fruits obviously drive this without any real maltiness noticeable nor any sweetness - this is a dry, easy-drinking, wheatie tart cherry beer. Light-bodied; Strong tart and soured cherry notes dominate here with a lot of dry funk and yeast qualities with a little floral twang and some bready notes with a touch of sugars at the end, but this is fairly mild throughout. Aftertaste is cherry-focused with the tartness and slight sweetness coming through with a minor dose of sugars and a hint of bretty and lactobilly notes from the yeast at the end. Overall, a pretty mild and subdued, but tart, floral and slightly rustic finish with the cherries front and centre here without much else - absolutely no hops and not much malt either. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Trader Joe's in Bend, Oregon on 29-March-2021 for US$3,00 sampled as beer [lucky] number seven, on the 7th day of my advent calendar, at my house here in Washington on 07-December-2021.
