On tap @ Black Bottle. Hazy bright yellow orange appearance with a white head. Aroma is pretty funky with some plastic and tropical fruit notes. Soft mouth feel. A lot of plastic on the flavor. Definitely some hay / straw with a touch of citrus. Low bitterness, medium sweetness. Reminds me of some of Trinity offerings but not nearly as good (Brett comes off as plastic).

On tap @ Black Bottle. A touch hazy but pretty clear yellow appearance with a white head. Very floral nose. Lilies / lavender / potpourri / coriander. Plenty of citrus as well. A bit husky. Slightly tart lemon flavor. Low sweetness. Moderate bitterness. A bit chewy. OK.

On tap @ Black Bottle. Pours a clear golden appearance with a dissipating white head. Pretty spicy, onion, herbal, slight piney hoppy, lemony, dry malty aroma. Spicy, onion/garlic, rainy hoppy, dry cracker flavor. Good. Maybe the best BBB beer I’ve ever had.

On tap @ Black Bottle. Pours a reddish orange appearance with a cream colored head. Kind of chalky, grainy herbal, somewhat citrusy, kind of dull aroma. Slightly bitter, kind of goopy caramel malty, citrusy, grapefruity, chalky flavor. OK but doesn’t seem to be exhibiting Mosaic hops in the best light.

Clear medium amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, rye, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, orange, zesty, hoppy, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131122]
