Tap @ Black Bottle. Pours a reddish brown appearance with a brown head. Bland, a bit grainy, caramel, lightly fruity aroma. Kind of sweet, lightly nutty, mild vanilla flavor with some fruity notes. Uninteresting, thin, a bit tangy, and bland to boot. I’m going to peg this legendary beer @ 4.5/1.399. Simply delightful.

Tap @ Black Bottle. Pours a deep reddish appearance with a small brown head. A bit tangy, red fruity, slightly spicy aroma that does smell like bland cereal. Fairly potent cinnamon, vanilla, graham cracker, chocolate flavor with some zingy fruity notes. Best fucken Captain Crunch beer ever.

Tap @ Black Bottle. Pours a black appearance with a fluffy brown head. Somewhat soapy, roasty, oaty, light cinnamon aroma. Chocolate, cinnamon, bready cereal, a bit spicy, lightly smoky flavor.

Nitro – overly bitter and garlicky hops clash with an otherwise smooth, chocolaty, roasty malt base – the malt is just hard to enjoy because the hops are so intensely bitter, and the bitterness lingers on the palate for-freaking-ever – twigs/wood, garlic, citrus – none of the hop character works with the malt – did they even think about the hop bill on this one?

Tap @ Black Bottle. Pours a bit hazy yellow appearance with a thin white head. Pretty spicy, apple, grape, a bit woody, a bit grainy aroma. Somewhat juicy, grape juice, fairly dry, grainy flavor. Alright.

Tap @ Black Bottle. Pours a clear yellow appearance with a white head. Pretty spicy herbal hoppy, slightly dank, light cat piss aroma. Toasted cracker malty, grainy, yellow, quite spicy, hay flavor. I’m a bit split on this one but honestly don’t think I’m that crazy about it.

Tap @ Black Bottle. Hipster Ale using only Simcoe hops. Pours a hazy, slightly dark orange appearance with a thin off white head. Quite citrusy, juicy pineapple, grapefruit, somewhat soapy, lightly toasted grainy aroma. Somewhat bother, floral/soapy, orange blossom, herbal, lightly spicy flavor. I get a lot of soap and flowers in this one like many if their beers.

Draft. Pours clear yellow with white head. Nose and taste of corn, lemon, malt and light pine. Lightly fruity. Medium body.

Tap @ Black Bottle. Pours a hazy dark orange appearance with a white head. Vinous, red grape, tangy fruity, red apple, a bit floral aroma. Tangy red apple, lightly tart, grape jam, a bit earthy flavor. Kind of strange.

Tap @ Black Bottle. Pours a bit hazy golden orange appearance with a white head. Soapy, floral, lemon, slightly bitter aroma. Bitter floral hoppy, herbal yeasty, a bit earthy flavor with a touch of lemon. Too soapy.
