Bottle coming from Amstein. Opening it on tuesday, at home, Epalinges. A nice ipa, well balanced and full of aromas with a note of grapefrui, orange peel, citrus, bitter, herbal with a generous dosis of hop, 13.05.22.

A bit unbalanced at the beginning and after some sips taking a break outside, this beverage was becoming better, side of sourness, dry malt, fruity with flavor of passion fruit, citrus and solid bitterness, at Epalinges, 16.05.22

Simply a good product in the world of the ipa that it was a revolution in the field of the beer. This one is generous in aromas, juicy and sweet, smooth malt, fruity, pineapple and the king luppulus humulus for your lip, citrus and bitter, 01.05.21

A good surprise that we have opened during this crazy game between Switzerland and France. It is a solid ipa, kind of white ipa, dry malt, probably oat, strongly bitter and citrus, floral hop with notes of tropical fruits, pineapple, beautiful and mineral, 30.06.21, at Epalinges.

Best before 04/22, first great surprise of this year 2023, great for this 6th of January, from Amstein. A solid ipa, white ipa, the right thing that I love, so bitter, so citrus, oat, malt, lychee, passion fruit, so many kind of hop, giving the best, drinking it at Epalinges.

A good surprise for my birthday, a generous and aromatic black ipa that we could say a stout. You get a good side of roasted malt, vanilla, chocolate, sirupy, hop, side of coffee, hop. This one is well balanced and subtle, next one please, 13.06.20

A solid ipa that I have enjoyed for my birthday, yesterday, coming back from Froideville. Hot weather=ipa, this one is dry and fruity, a bit syrupy, peach, pineapple, tropical fruits, generous bitterness, hops, sensation of prosecco in the mouth, 12.06.21
