Pours pitch black with a thick creme head. Aroma of ginger. Taste is dominated by an overwhelming amount of ginger. Bitter. Palate is ginger with slight spice notes. Not great, pretty overwhelming in every regard.

Pours pitch black with a thin head. Aroma of tart cherries. Taste is intensely spiced, tart cherries are apparent throughout. Palate is dry, relatively sweet. Not much that really reminds me of a stout here, this is reminiscent of an Abbey with an especially noticeable ABV.

Pours black with a mocha colored head. Aroma of vanilla. Taste is smooth with a coffee bite on the back of the tongue. Palate includes coffee, vanilla and malt. Interesting stout

Can shared by McBerko. For me, this was the only decent beer that he shared from the brewery. The yeast is very strong dusty. Not very Imperial Stout but like a watered down English take, more like a double brown. Little black malt ash comes out. Some biscuit buckwheat. Low bitterness. Atypical but nice 737315

Pours reddish amber with a thick white head. Heavy malt and spice aroma. Tastes like malt. Palate has nutmeg and cloves. Weak beer, watery aftertaste. Disappointing show, assumed thimble island made better beers than this.

12 oz bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out medium toasted malt, some chalk and sludgy cocoa. Flavour is a little more palatable, with cocoa, medium roast and chalky notes. Not the most cohesion here. Meh.

12 oz bottle, pours a cloudy dark amber orange with a medium beige head. Nose is very dull, with earthy hops, bready malt and some toasted caramel. Flavour is very malty and earthy, with toasted bready malt, caramel and subdued earthy hops. Hops aren't dialed in properly and this is too sweet. Not good.

12 oz bottle, pours a cloudy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma smells more English than anything, with toasted caramel, English bready malt and subdued hops. Flavour is pretty flat, with bready and toasted caramel malt. Light on the hops. Not good.

Can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of fresh, tart grapefruit upfront, with plenty of pith. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart grapefruit and plenty of pith. Simple but pleasant.
