Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, sour malt, spicy - cinnamon, sour yeast, vinegar. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, roasted, cinnamon. Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy dark reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, heavy coffee, cinnamon and old cheese. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 010813

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are berries, spices, malt, cheese, caramel and hops.

Can’t deny there’s a bit of an unpleasant stink to this one at first. The colour is a milky white yellow reminiscent of corn. There ’s a lot of sediment. Taset is fairly flat, almost like soda water. Though it’s brewed with corn it doesn’t taste much different from a pale lager. I thought it would be more interesting than this, but doesn’t remind much of chicha. Bought a 330ml bottle in Mar del Plata.
