Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, sour malt, spicy - cinnamon, sour yeast, vinegar. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, roasted, cinnamon. Bottle @ Christers. Pours slightly hazy dark brown with a light brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, cinnnamon, light coffee, light cheeselike sourness. Flavor is malts, strong cinnamon, spice, coffee, cheese. Thin body, soft carbonation. 010813

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy dark reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, heavy coffee, cinnamon and old cheese. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 010813

Can’t deny there’s a bit of an unpleasant stink to this one at first. The colour is a milky white yellow reminiscent of corn. There ’s a lot of sediment. Taset is fairly flat, almost like soda water. Though it’s brewed with corn it doesn’t taste much different from a pale lager. I thought it would be more interesting than this, but doesn’t remind much of chicha. Bought a 330ml bottle in Mar del Plata.
