Bottle 500ml. @ [ (Easter "Flags of many nations" Tasting) by Chriso - London ].Unclear matt medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, alcohol, sharp, musty. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, tart, sweet apples. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20130331]

Bottled. A hazy light yellow cider with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of lemon and unripe apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, vinegar, and unripe apples, leading to a very tart finish.
