Dark brown color with medium sized head. Mild aroma of roasted malt and caramel, delicate smoke. Smooth; good flavor of dark caramel and a touch of chocolate, smoke, with a pleasant light acidity; correct bitterness.

Hazy dark amber color with red shades, small head. Mild aroma of smoke, paper and what. Lean mouthfeel, some flavor of smoke and chestnut, unfortunately also some acidity: this beer is infected.

Bottle 750ml.light unclear medium orange colour with a large to huge, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, grass, flowery hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, flowery hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120323]
