Bottle 750ml.Clear medium to light dark amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, wheat ! smoke, paper ! Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, tart, smoked, meat, sour, wheat - paper ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130223]

Dark brown color with medium sized head. Mild aroma of roasted malt and caramel, delicate smoke. Smooth; good flavor of dark caramel and a touch of chocolate, smoke, with a pleasant light acidity; correct bitterness.
