19.03.2022 - Bronson - W aromacie niezbyt intensywnie, ani od strony pomarańczy, ani od wędzonki. W smaku już więcej wędzenia, które na długo pozostawia ślad, ale nadal bez mocnego uwypuklenia. Spora doza goryczki. Nie można powiedzieć, żeby to piwo było nieudane, ale też nie jest jakieś wybitne.

Pours clear, dark blonde. Small to no white head. Scent is funky, very much so. Honey is recognizable ! Taste is fairly sweet, mild tartness. Very funky honeyforward. Bourbon is very mild.

Pours a very dark brown. Small to no tanned head. Scent is peated, fairly (mild in intensity, not as OP as expected, but certainly expressive) . taste is tart, peated, mild on roast, sharp, medium body and carbo. Not very much going on here, beyong the tartness and peat.

Pours dark, unclear brown, scent is sharp, minthy almost. orange zest. No roast. Taste is bit silky, tad tart, malty, doughy (playdough, rather than bread dough or raw coockies) Orange zest. Sharp, not great.

Pours clear, very dark brown. Scent is tart, medium fruit-like (raspberry not specifically recognizable)/ Taste is full, tart, medium thick body. Vanilla is recognizable. Coockie aspect. Raspberry is fairly light in intensity. Very decent. Barrel not very clear, alcohol well hidden.

Pours slightly hazed blonde. Small white head. Scent is full, smoked meat. Taste is full, rather bitter, smoked ( 'zwarte woudham' ) bit mineral like. Not my style.
