Polycask @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Eddisbury Cheshire Medium Sweet Cider (3) ].ABV: 5.9%. Unclear matt medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, tart apples, light acetone. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, sweet apples, yellow apples, aceton notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
