75 cL clear bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry apples, mild sweet. Crisp apples and light fruity. Mild citric and lingering fruity. Crisp finish.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass.Clear light yellow colour, sparkling and speaking, with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, dry apples, green apples, yeast - wood notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, apple skin - peel, green appls, dry. Bottle, 75cl. It pours a lightly hazy, yellowish golden body and some white bubbles. Sweetish apples and some apple cores in the aroma. The flavor is rather boring, with some cellar notes and yeast, and of course mostly apples. Quite effervescent, medium body and semi-tart. Apples in the end. Well, this one was disappointing. It’s not bad in any way, but it’s utterly boring. 121110
