Swing top 750ml (BB 01/2011)
Slightly hazy golden color, steady white head. Slightly buttery, lightly Czech hoppy aroma. Light palate. Nice sweetish malty, a bit buttery with lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. This is quite unusual Italian, because it is very Czech!

Bottle, once at a tasting and once at Swift. Pours a cloudy, light brown with a substantial white head. Nose is all spice and sweet malt. Flavor is dynamic and mostly sweet. Lots of honey and chestnut, along with some less discernable spices. Nice and pretty unique.
