Butelka. Pierwsze piwo, które które zasłużyło na ZERO w ocenie wyglądu. Niby klarowne, choć dość ciemne, jak na pilsa, ale pływają w nim jakieś paskudne farfocle (których, trzeba przyznać, nie czuć w ustach). Piana chociaż średnio trwała. W aromacie wyraźny torf, całkiem przyjemnie komponujący się z nutami słodowymi, śliwka na granicy autosugestii. W smaku wyraźnie słodko, słodowo, tym razem z wyczuwalną śliwką, a torfem schowanym w tle. Goryczka niska, dobrze dobrana. Na prawdę fajna kompozycja i miłe zaskoczenie.

Bottle (thanks kuba). Pours black with light brownish head. Aroma and flavor are peat, iodine, roast, sour notes, malt, booze, some sugary sweetness. Carbonation is high. Overall: pretty sure Jack Daniels BA imp. stout should not be sour?! ABV: 8.0%. Hazy - murky medium to light yellow - orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, bourbon - whisky, barrel - vanilla, light pine, light grapefruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, vanilla - barrel, wood, fruity hops, dried fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle, 0.33l, courtesy and shared with Marko. Aroma is woody, yeasty and lactic with tequila note. Pours hazy amber color with quickly diminishing off-white head and soft visible carbonation. Tastes medium sweet and sour malty, woody, citrusy and slightly salty with tequila note, mouthfeel is smooth and warm, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Gosed and not confused...
