Bottled. Rubyish amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is burnt rubber, slightly roasted malts also. Flavour is dull hops, very unclean malts. Quite watery. A haus der 131 Biere product...

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, warm mahogany with a tint of red and a small, beige head. Weak aroma of roasted malt. Medium-bodied with dry, roasted malt - somewhat unclean maltiness though. Lightly hoppy finish. Not the worst copy beer from Haus der 131 Biere in Hamburg. 250107

(Bottle 33 cl) German version brewed by Anker Brauerei in Nagold. Comes as "Sydney Pils Christmas Beer". Pale golden, slightly hazy with a decent and lacing head. Very aromatic hop bite and a distinct freshness. Appears more German than Australian. 300601

An orange beer with an OK head. The aroma is malty. The flavor is of a boring lager - which all in all makes it a boring lager.

The aroma is dominated by straw and malty aromas. The color is amber and it has a wonderful beige head. The flavor is very malty and sweet with notes of straw and roasted bread. The flavor is nice but somewhat simple.
